Texas experienced more power outages than any other state over the past 20 years, report says
Texas is a big state. Where I live in East Texas, we have yet to have any brownouts or deliberate power shortages. It didn't even happen during the "big freeze" two years ago. A bad storm will come through every now and then and knock out power, but it will usually be back on once they repair the damage.
