No. it does not sound like artifiial insemination, any more than the First Adam was from "artificial insemination" of any kind.

I don't know how Jehovah Elohim put all the chemical elements together to create Adam's body from the "dust of the ground." but he was made of all kinds of substances. As made, Adam's body was not said to be grown from a fertilization process, a fusion of haploid gametes, was he?

Genesis 1:6-27 (AV):

²⁶And God* said, Let us**^plural make man in our** image^~, after our** likeness^singular: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

That is, in one person, Adam, the male, had both male (Y) and female (X) genes in his cellular chromosomes, whereas the cells of a female have only XX in the gender-determining chromosomes of each cell.

So at the very first human creature, all the information needed to produce a whole grown human individual was encoded in every single cell DNA of the first male, and being made by Elohim, his flesh body was perfect. He, Adam, was without sin, designed to be alive in every respect forever.

Recapitulation the forming of mnkind in the second chapter:

Genesis 2:7 (AV):

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

And sometime after this moment, God put Adam to sleep and took a part of him, splitting two of his body cells (by meiosis?) to get four haploid cells, each containing only one gender chromosome, either X or Y, but not both. Then what pursued must have been a fusion the two X-containing haploids into a diploid cell having now two X chromosomes, and then (by mitosis?) making them grow into the form of a fully adult female. When God presented her to Adam, whom he named "Ishah," flesh of my flesh and bone of my bone. They both remained perfect, slated for everlasting life until the woman Ishah allowed herself to be deceived by her own false reasoning. This also led her to convince her mate Adam to also go against God's advice to him, thus bringing sin and death into the world, and God's condemnation upon all their descendants.

Genesis 3:17 (AV):

And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, "Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; . . ."

Because of it, Adam renamed her "Eve" (Avah in Hebrew tongue), meaning "mother of all living," since LORD^Jehovah God^Elohim had commanded them to be fruitful and multiply (that is, bear children, both males and females), and have lots of descendants.

What one may presume is that their descendants, suffering inherited sin from their patrirch, must die physically, But that does not necessarily mean that their souls and spirits would not continue to exist upon separation from the body of flesh when it would no longer sustain biological functioning.

Now, going back to the issue of how God Incarnate obtained the sinless flesh and bone (and blood) that He, the Son, was to inhabit and be integrated with, beginning from the morula that was to be implanted in Mary's virgin maiden womb, none of it derived from her own DNA, but Begotten by His Father Alone, not God and Mary somehow fleshly united. There is no reason to think that Jehovah Elohim could not or would not preserve more of the very same DNA hat He used to form Adam's body into which He breathed life that became a living soul.

The theologians who innovated the idea of "immaculate conception" of Mary alone, were ignorant of the biology that centuries later was revealed by scientific investigation that they were not trained for. They even argued from the unspiritual application of human logic alone, how many angels could dance on the head of a pin (or so it is said)! However, claiming Popeish authority, they have incorporated it into their dogma of "you must believe this; thus forcing their unlearned constituents to support an unscriptural unscientific unproveable thesis, defeating Jesus claim to be The Truth Personified (Jn. 14:6).

Now when Jehovah Elohim formed Adam, he was not gestated in the womb of any female. He has in his flesh all the information needed to generate both male and female individuals, through meiosis (division of a diploid cell into two haploid gamete cells, one having the Y chromosome, and the other having the X chromosome.

One may postulate that even one complete 46 chromosome human cell is big enough for the Spirit of the Messiah to occupy and be intermingled with, a cell that may by mitosis divided to form more such cells joined together, to multiply, and be differentiated and organized into the morula, then blastocyte, then to be implanted into the anaesthetized surrogate mother by the Holy Spirit, attached to Mary's uterus in His embryo form, then gestated into a birth-ready infant and born as Mary's "Seed," (Genesis 3:15) though grafted into her from a supernatural origin.

And that is the scripture-supported hypothesis that I believe God shows the thinking spiritually mature human who is aware of the possibilities understood by the theory and practice of advanced technology currently employed by modern mankind.
