Are you saying not every theater showing SoF is having mysterious A/C issues?

Because nobody is claiming that every theater showing SoF is having mysterious A/C issues.

That's OK. Folks can just make sure to buy the DVD or Bluray.I read once that Shawshank redemption, one of the best English language films ever made, did poorly at the box office. However,it turned out to be a colossal success with DVD and Bluray sales.

> Why would a theater want to lose money?

Because a public company's ESG score impacts their stock prices (and thus an exec's compensation) more than its actual profits.

Under Klaus Swab's "Stakeholder Capitalism" business model, board members are highly compensated to boost their company's ESG score to keep stock prices high via Leftist hedge funds and institutional investors until bankruptcy, and then move on to another company to repeat the process.

However these board members understand that their positions, lifestyles, and protection come at the cost of tithing to the WEF, DNC, etc.

In my past life, I was a theatre manager. This was early 80s.

Employees do not have access to AC controls. Back then anyway. All the AC wall units were in a box with a lock.

I’ll bet now all AC systems are controlled by a central computer system, that I guarantee has log in and access restrictions.

It would have to be a manager. But they’d be cutting their own throats. Doesn’t make sense.

“Why would a theater want to lose money?”

Maybe they asked Bud Light, Disney, Target, Netflix, or a hundred other declining companies for business advice.

And a human trafficker arrested at Camp Pendelton. I can’t wait to see what Travis is going to do with that boy.

Corporate does not control the AC system for individual theatres. This would have to be done at the local level, by the theatre manager.

If an order came down for corporate to do this, that could not be contained, and we would know about.

A good portion of theatre managers are reasonably conservative/normal people.

Now way they’d keep this to themselves.

Right you are. I was Christmas shopping once in a town on the Mogollan rim in Northern Arizona. Nice blizzard going on. Went into a fast food joint. It appeared to get colder the longer we sat there waiting for our food. The wife went over and asked the fries guy if they could turn up the heat a little. We could “see our breath”. The kid told us that the temperature is controlled by a place in California. They have no control over it. LOL. We still joke about that.

Any threat/bribes to suppress a film in this way would be all over the internet.

This is a distributed control system. Too many conservative/normal people (theatre managers) involved for this kind of manipulation to be contained.

This is doubtful.

is it possible? Sure anything is possible, however its highly unlikely.

It’s playing in 2852 theaters. In that many theaters, odds that a few of them have some sort of issue with their HVAC isn’t outside the norm.

Is it possible some AMC exec said hey, turn off the ac in all theaters playing this movie in our theaters? Possible, but highly highly doubtful. Is it possible some leftist employee at individual theaters have mucked with the HVAC.. Possible.

Or is it more likely some folks going to see this movie are more prone to think normal daily things are a grand conspiracy and post to social media their conspiracy theory and right wing media run with those reports as news?

My bet is on the latter.

We have people, even on this site that think just because someone has served that automatically makes them good people and to be believed. The majority probably are, but there are also some really bad characters in the present and in the past in that mix.

Can’t believe so many freepers could think this is BS. Really?
I put nothing past any of these left wingers to hurt ANY conservative cause!
I’d be pretty sure potentially turning off, or turning down the a/c is minor in their eyes!

AC system are not controlled at the cooperate level.

This would have to be passed down to the theatre managers. Far to many conservative/normal people involved for this kind of of manipulation to fly under the radar. It’d be all over the internet if some corporate level order like that came down.

>> I would not in a million years discount this.

Nor would I. And as a believer in the powers of the unseen (spiritual) realm, I would point out that the root cause may not be a conspiracy in the physical realm, but instead a battle in the spiritual that manifests in the physical.

Is it possible some AMC exec said hey, turn off the ac in all theaters playing this movie in our theaters?

Watch the video and listen to the narrator reading the comments that were posted to the woman who was the original poster. This was from about 20 people in different cities and all in less than a week. It was not the entire theater that had broken AC. It was just for the room with the screen showing THIS movie. Other screens, hallways and lobbies had functioning AC.

“I call BS on this whole article.”

Me to, Stuff like this will get into the mainstream and let the media again link the movie to Quanon.

It is BS.

We all know corporations willingly suppress conserves, even at the cost to their bottom line.

It’s the logistics of it that make it impossible. Any deliberate effort by a corporation to do what’s described here would be all over the internet.

It could not be contained.

Read my posts on this thread.

The only possibility of for any deliberate act would have to be some leftest theatre manager doing it themselves.

It’s just not possible for this to be a corporate/widespread effort without it being exposed all over the internet.

"...may not be a conspiracy in the physical realm, but instead a battle in the spiritual that manifests in the physical..."

Given that the Left has a hive-mind mentality, it gets darn difficult to tell the difference sometimes!
