Much discussion of late on, among other things, the definition of words like ‘reason’ and ‘excuse’. I won’t dive into that but I have a few things to say here.
There is an enormous amount of pent-up anger and frustration with our government and our country in general. From wide open borders to horrible spending to supporting another puppet war to the 2 tiered justice system. Plenty to be angry about.
And the people we expect to help - well, it’s pretty obvious to all by now that they’re not on the side of the US citizen. When was the last time that the RINOs did anything to stop runaway spending of the federal government? To protect the borders? To bring the evil thugs like the Bidens, Clintons, Obamas, Schumers, and the rest to justice? What we’ve seen so far is the opposite - McConnell, McCarthy, McDaniel - all giving us poor Irish a bad name, as they’ve all taken sides with the enemy across the aisle instead of we, the people, we, the citizens.
And then there are the elections - totally crooked, totally controlled, no transparency, no way to even prove authenticity of the vote, and this is true in probably EVERY STATE IN THE UNION!
And to add insult to injury, the evil SOBs are doing everything they can to flaunt their power. “We’re going to ruin your country and THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!!!”
Seeing all that, it is easy to see why people are frustrated, angry, feeling as though they’re being not only ignored, but being persecuted and in the case of those set up by the government on J6, prosecuted (eventually).
People are lashing out at one another, and they’re doing it here on the threads where we preach and encourage ‘togetherness’. And it’s disruptive when it happens. I see people that post very good observations and information, then 10 minutes later, lash out against others. Not just to disagree, but to degrade and belittle. And we don’t need that.
Myself, I’ve found these Q threads to be a good way to get back on the game, to see that there are some things going on that are on the positive side. Yes, I long to see evil people meeting their maker hastily, through capital punishment. Public hangings even. I want results, and I want them yesterday. And today. And tomorrow. Until all the bad is gone.
But I come here, I get my thoughts together, and I carry on with my life, as we all should do.
Just a couple of things - we all have glass in our homes, so we ought to be careful tossing stones about. Let’s criticize without making it personal. And let’s make sure we have thick enough skin that the little transgressions don’t bother us.
We all have a common enemy, and for the most part, it isn’t one another (with the rare exception) - that enemy resides and operates out of DC, as well as the many state and local government offices across the country. Spend your anger against them, lash out against them, not each other.
That is all.
Sure, take all the fun out of it.
That is all.

Exactly! There is a mission here that is bigger than any of us. I was just watching a youtube video talking about the "Sound of Freedom" movie and they made an excellent point about focusing on this powerful line in the movie:
lash out against them, not each other.

I agree and I don’t believe RitaOK is a troll (*gasp!*). I think her writing style is so terse that it can be unclear, which easily lends itself to misunderstanding. I posted as much on-thread maybe a year or so ago. All we do is eliminate ourselves with the in-fighting and personal attacks, and I can think of several people BTT who would be very happy to see us self-destruct. I’d be pretty happy if we could deny them that amusement.
