To be clear.
A reason is why a person made an action.
Excuse is when a person made an action that is warranted.

You’re obfuscating the question.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Pardon me? ?? Excuses can be valid or invalid. Reasons can be sound, or based on false assumptions.
And as I said earlier, adult human beings have the capacity, unless seriously mentally defective, to use their intelligence and moral values to curb what used to be called “the lower passions” - anger, greed, lust (any kind), envy, wish to harm, etc. In other words, one may feel like doing something to another including using harsh words, but curb that speech or action, using self-examination.
One may “feel” like punching an aggravating person in the snout, but an adult human being can choose whether to punch or not, and decide whether it is actually a good thing or not.
And the reason you gave for tension - the broken elections - any anger or frustration should be directed at those who facilitated, organized, planned, funded, carried out, and covered up for the stolen election.
Looked into the definitions done on the difference between Reason and Excuse. There was a psyops done on the definitions a long time ago. They reversed their meanings from law definitions.
https://thelawdictionary.org/reason/
https://thelawdictionary.org/?s=excuse
EXCUSE:
A reason alleged for doing or not doing a thing. matter alleged as a reason for relief or exemption from some duty or obligation.
EXCUSE: to forgive entirely or disregard as of trivial import : regard as excusable (Websters)
Operation mockingbird or CAA (media) version on the difference given by a dingy media personality. Which has it backward
The difference between a reason and an excuse.
The implications of this seems far reaching in legal terms. Which is another topic.
Given the terms are now convoluted. I will revert to my
original question:
"explain to us how frustration can cause tension within our community"
Cletus.D.Yokel and ransomnote: Thank you for your patience.
