Several tens of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers have already been trained outside of Ukraine. In most European countries - Poland, the UK, Spain, etc. Canada too. At least a dozen Euro countries. Its a thing.
Pilots can be trained in Poland, Canada, Norway, etc.
Pilot training with supplied planes would be a different story. Planes show up in recon photos.
