I saw a video of a bunch of Somali teens in Minneapolis on July 4th shooting off fireworks in a park downtown. It was getting out of hand, and the police showed up on the perimeter. They started shooting the rockets at the cop cars, and the cops left.

Then some kid got hit in the stomach by a rocket (maybe a gunshot). Video shows them yelling “call 9-1-1!” . Most of them scatter, but a few try to help the kid holding wadded up shirts to his gut. The police came to help. Although they all had rifles and created a perimeter facing the 6 teens remaining on the scene as they pleaded (with their hands up) for them to help their friend.
