My original post offered a number of food items which contain lactobacillus. I was flatly told that does not work. I disagree.

There are a zillion potions and products marketed because people are willing to pay big bucks for a promise that is usually available via a well balanced diet.

I stated “they” referring to the researchers. And the suppository.

Otherwise I was just giving my experience. I didn’t mean to be smarmy or anything, but yes, I did state it does “little”, not “doesn’t work”. Just from my past.
