I have a daily mix of matcha, cacoa powder, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. Interestingly, today for the first time I added 5g cacoa powder to my biking cold brew, along with whole milk and a little rehydration mix.
Can’t do tea but for the rest of it in the morning I mix it all with yogurt along with lion’s mane, fresh garlic slices, and rosemary bits. I use 95% curcumin instead of turmeric. 95% curcumin is the effective part of turmeric. Curcumin is to turmeric as turmeric is to curry. With all that I am not on a cane with my arthritis any more and some of the other crotchets of old age are on the shelf, too. I do the Baker’s chocolate for pleasure.
