Your chart shows that even in the 19th century, “the golden age” of the Monroe Doctrine, the US intervened in Europe. But the number of interventions is less important than their size. And it is quite obvious that the US involvement in Europe in WWI, WWII and the Cold War was much larger than all the interventions in Latin America together.
