So Ukraine’s counter offensive has so far taken back about half of what Russians had taken by last year.

Having observed both drinkers and smokers in my area where MJ is now legal, the smokers cause fewer fights and high speed fatal traffic accidents. If Putin were smarter, he would ration Vodka, and permit legal MJ. People who are unhappy and in pain are going to use/become addicted to something.
