The F-22 is a great fighter which is why the idiots in the Air Force wanted the F-35 Swiss Army Plane...it’s a crappy fighter! It’s a crappy bomber! It costs too much!
But Heaven forbid America have a serious air superiority fighter like the F-22.
We agree, but it would be nice to see a diffinitive interview by fifty F-35 pilots expressing the same. Of course the cost issue cannot be denied.
And the Air Force wants to retire the F-22s early instead of upgrading them. Hopefully the Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) platform is superior.
