In other groups it may be available to only the most exclusive group. Among Chinese, availability is widespread, instant, and socially acceptable.

Mostly Chinese. I passed a really hard Japanese proficiency exam (JLPT N1) and then found out after that the Chinese in Europe would post the answers online for all the Chinese in China and Japan taking the test as it’s taken on the same day from GMT onward.
