No Starbuck employee did a thing as far as I can tell.
Take all the money being sent to Ukraine to open new huge asylums. The d-rats closed them because they knew they would be permanent inpatients eventually.
This is the way to fix this problem because letting it take its course is not going to work. It will only get worse, never better.
