Pen Needles are for diabetics to inject insulin.

Digging into Google, it appears that a “pin needle” is a type of diabetes needle.
Thanks for asking, cause I would never have known.

I was thinking of needle bearings, so check a auto parts supply or maybe Pervis Bearing.

The sharp pointy thing that you screw onto an insulin or other medication cartridge for injection.

The pen needles are "Use once, and dispose".
The cartridges are "Use repeatedly until empty".

These injections can be done all 'one-handed' with these pens -
which is a Godsend for folks like myself who have full use of only one hand.
