"I try to always communicate on gmail because my NIH email is FOIA'd constantly." Doesn't this guy know that all Gmail is scanned by Google's analytics AI for user profile and advertising purposes?
Anything he thinks he's keeping secret is actually being exposed to Google before anybody else.

As a know nothing, do little, middle manager, I worked under a different rule; don’t put anything in an email you don’t want to have to read in court. I also knew that deleting an email wasn’t an effective strategy for non-disclosure. Maybe one day I’ll be as smart as a government medical doctor senior scientific adviser. I knew I should have gone to college.
