Went out and the new neighbor was going upstairs. She said it was a couple weeks old, had taken it back inside. Then she asked me if I wanted “one” and did I want to see “them”. Wouldn’t it have to still be bottle fed?xp she must have a litter.
I told her some other time, that I already have a cat and didn’t know if it would work out. It’s dark but the baby looked gray and so cute. What do you think about the situation?

Aww,kittens so young need a lot of care!
Maybe...I only had one kitten rescued that was abandon by it's mother in a barn!
Lauren wanted it so bad,so we kept her.

Not good! That kitten was too tiny to be anywhere away from mom. It could easily have wandered off of the balcony, I’m not sure if they have their eyes open at 2 weeks or even if they do, how good their sight is.
I always thought you weaned cats at 6 weeks, but they are way too tiny then. The rescues around here say 8 weeks, for their physical development and their emotional maturity
I hope God is looking out for that Mama and those babies!
