Thank you, Cotton!
I appreciate the encouragement!
The weather here was torrential rain and thunder
and lightning-wooo!
I didn’t want to go walking in that so I used my stationary pedal bike.
Thanks for the walking invitation.
I am NOT a morning person!
I walk in the late afternoon when the shadows start to get longer. It is my favorite time of day!
I went put on the sun porch to listen to the rain
drumming on the metal roof, and listening to the thunder
rolling across Androscoggin Valley, and I fell asleep!
It was so cozy and quiet out there..*snooze control*
*POP*
Huh? Wha??
Ahem!
Anyway, I’m going to go to Orphan Annies Antiques.
He has a HUGE selection of vintage clothing and shoes.
Last time I was there, he had just got in some lovely and delicate ladies slips, shifts and petticoats etc.
Also, some antique bed clothes and throw pillows from he 1940 (?) that showed prints of different branches of the Military. They are square, and have fringe all around the edges of the pillows.
It’s so fun to try on all the old hats. some with a little veil, like the one Princess Catherine wore to Her Majesty s funeral.
They have everything you could want for a dressing table like they had in the old days.
I have one! It took me forever to find a little slipper chair or something similar.
I found a delicate little chair that used to belong to a little ice cream parlor. it was perfect!
For Gods sake, LEAVE MR TRUMP ALONE!!!
