Twitter has a serious bandwith issue. Their programmers need to fix the issue where multiple people tweet the same exact video excerpt in the same thread.

The programmers need to stop the auto-loading of videos. Let them load only if the viewer wants them to.

The programmers also need to limit how the videos feed so that multiple twitter videos aren't running concurrently.
