They don't believe that. They're just using the issue to buy votes and eventually implement their radical agenda. Votes is how they reach their goals. Radicalizing the people is how they reach their goals. But, very few democrats believe that a man can become a woman or that a woman can become a man. It's unnatural and they know it, but, they prefer to ignore the truth, because the truth gets in the way of their agenda.
