She does that all the time. It’s one of the childish, manipulative games the consortium play. She either parses bits from comments to change their meaning and replies to that, or she attributes comments to someone that they didn’t make and replies to that person as if he/she made that comment. She’s all about twisting and distorting the truth to push an agenda, like all Democrats do.
It’s grade school behavior and they’re so arrogant, they don’t realize that anybody with an IQ over 80 can see right through their disingenuous little games.
