As you continue to point out (which is very helpful since casual scanners of the threads may not notice...), the constant ‘mis-quoting’ is alarming... once in a while it happens, someone makes a mistake, fat-fingers the cut-and-paste, or just has a brain fart....
But in post after post, thread after thread... it is clearly a deliberate misinformation technique... I am surprised that it is allowed to persist...
Actually, the only ‘technique’ I use is to post top word or phrase rather than repent whole comment to which I reply.
I’m surprised too. Longtime FReepers have left because of these people. Good FReepers.
These Ukebots have got a nasty little operation going, spamming the forum with excessive and ridiculous propaganda all day, every day and censoring opposing views by having comments they don’t like deleted.
It’s disgusting. I hope something is done about this before these people completely destroy FR.
