Wagner units shot down one warplane, two combat helicopters and four transport aircraft. Prigozhin’s mercenaries realized that Russian aviation was capable of breaking up their military convoys quickly and effectively.
so they prevent by destroying what was in the sky.

When Prigozhin launched his Wagner convoy towards Moscow he shot down 6 Russian helicopters (two of them were super advanced electronic warfare helicopters), one airplane (actually possibly two), killed 49 Russian Pilots, co-pilots, other officers, and skilled technicians.
It was the worst air-war defeat for Russia in the last 12 months.
Moscow had nothing to defend itself. Putin made a panic-driven speech talking about Russians future was at stake, pleading for Russians to help him.
Prigozhin decided he had destroyed enough of Russian gear Russian army people that day... and felt that the bloodshed shout stop. He saved Putins life that way.
Putin had nothing to stop the spearheading Wagner attack. They dug a few holes on the roads hoping it would slow Wagner’s rush to Moscow... that’s!
The world now knows that Russia has nearly now conventional army anymore. All Russian army is indeed in Ukraine right now.

That does not make sense. The news and map sites tracking the war are not reporting the locations where events are happening very well anymore.
