After the 2020 & 2022 elections, it does not matter what voters think, feel, say, or want.
Appealing to voters about something is just more of the now uncovered charade.

Hannity is far from a reliable source.
Hannity never grew up. He acts like a kid, throwing his football around the studio, wearing his baseball cap backwards, talking tough.
Hannity never had an original thought in his life. All he’s good for is spouting the GOP talking points.

Amazing. Abolish Energy/Education and show we mean business. Nada. Abolish the FBI would REALLY do it but then we never knew it may just be the right thing to do. If our side doesn’t run with the MLK wire-tapping and suicide egging-on then what good are we?

It’s the GOP voting, let’s see them put their money where their mouths are, and have it signed into law, and WITHOUT the “if” statement.
But as it is, 90% of what the FBI does is remote - the only real benefit from making them go underground is that it increases the risk to their agents when they go out to round up people who disagree with the DNC, or school boards.

This is a necessary step. The FBI, effectively a “secret police” controlled by the executive, is by definition a danger to civil rights and democracy. Its been more or less constrained till now by cultural norms, but that’s gone.
The FBI as currently constituted is unique in developed democracies. Some have somewhat oppressive internal security agencies of some form, but nothing like the FBI.
Yeah but it’s meaningless...FBI will ignore. And maybe start looking into some GOP politicians activities.
Vicky Weaver will be pleased. Lon Horiuchi, not so much.
