I can see how an idiot, or someone one drugs, could see the multiple signs on the freeway saying the exit for Mexico is coming up would mistake it for being where they are headed. Even if you are not taking the exit, there are multiple warning signs. One I can think of is warning you not to carry firearms to the border crossing.
