It would not be difficult to alter the software to summon only registered Democrats.
At this writing it appears that the trial of President Trump will take place in the Fort Pierce Courthouse in Florida, and the NY Times noted that the jury pool will politically favor President Trump. Although there is some truth to that statement which acknowledges the political nature of the trial, the real question is: “What is the NYT’s narrative?” Is it to blunt the fallout from the dreaded acquittal or to amplify the public impact of their desired guilty verdict? It is too early for the former. But how could the NYT be so confident of victory that they would commit ink so far in advance to prepare the narrative? Well, how could Pelosi routinely brag that the Democrats would win elections and be right more often than not?
Both elections and the venire (the people summoned to jury duty) depend upon voter registration rolls.
Democrats know about voter registration rolls.
It would not be difficult to alter the software to summon only registered Democrats.
Am I being paranoid? There are two answers to this.
On a personal level, I trusted William Barr. I even made excuses for him at first. But after learning that his first job was with the CIA, I cannot avoid concluding that he was part of a swamp scheme that included Mueller and Durham. Barr is now saying that President Trump is “toast,” which sounds like “mission accomplished.” Barr seems unconcerned about the jury pool. That worries me.
On a legal level, the venire list for a particular panel is public record unless the court orders otherwise. The judicial system acknowledges that there is a public interest in ensuring the fair selection of jurors.

Anything goes in a show trial.
bttt
Remember that punk head foreman in the Ga grand jury that was making the rounds on tabloid television?????????
What a piece of work she was. The entire jury pool should have been dismissed and the process started over.
It all depends on the jury that gets selected and all Trump needs is one decent person.
It must be hell going through life completely paranoid of every situation.
I think regardless of any jury the corrupt criminal judges will sentence Trump to jail. They intend to neuter his affect, or kill him if they can’t.
After the past 6 years, if you’re not skeptical about these show trials it shows you’ve learned nothing.
How did Jack Smith allow this trial to take place in Fort Pierce? The talk show I listen to out of Florida calls Ft. Pierce the redneck Riviera of Florida. It’s no Broward County.
Some of the dumbest chit I’ve ever read online has been via American Thinker.
I am not going to get worried about something that may never happen. I think that’s where paranoia comes in when people obsess over future things that may never happen.
Perhaps a bit naive considering what actually happened for six years. You don’t have to obsess over future things to understand we aren’t in normal times.
Answer: BOTH
Back in 2020, anytime a Trump-appointed judge ruled against his election challenges, the pressitutes yelled "It's a Trump-appointed judge, so that clearly shows how fair the ruling was!"
And anytime during his presidency, if a Trump-appointed judge gave him a favorable ruling, they yelled "It's a Trump-appointed judge, so that clearly shows how unfair the ruling was!
“It would not be difficult to alter the software to summon only registered Democrats.”
This is stupid. The defense attorneys and the judge get a list of potential jurors, along with the prosecutors. Like nobody would notice only Dems were summoned. There are logs, datestamps and records of user names that tell when a program was changed, and who changed it.
And to state the obvious, Trump’s high powered defense attorneys are going over the jury list with a fine toothed comb.
Assuming some talented counselors were available. I’ve heard Trump’s had trouble recruiting top attorneys due to peer pressure.
