If we think more broadly... In 2017 PDJT was under fire with all the Russia crap. The deep state was going after him. It’s foolish to believe Obama just walked away and wasn’t running the show then and isn’t running the show now.
Biden has been an Obama tool for years, being paid as necessary. So the real question is what was Obama attempting to accomplish?

I honestly don’t know. Historically, I remember an article from the 1990’s that said Bush Sr. got briefings. I was asking that question.
