LIVE: ABC7 Chicago broadcasts from 52nd Chicago Pride Parade

CHICAGO (WLS) -- ABC7 celebrates the 52nd Annual Chicago Pride Parade with a two-hour, live parade broadcast, Sunday, June 25, from 12:00-2:00 p.m.

Tanja Babich, Hosea Sanders and Jason Knowles host the Chicago Pride Parade broadcast with Knowles capturing all of the action live from the street.

"ABC 7 is proud of our long-standing commitment to Pride, and we are thrilled again to present a two-hour, live parade broadcast on multiple platforms," said John Idler, president and general manager, ABC7 Chicago. "As we celebrate cultural inclusion and acceptance, we applaud the vibrant LGBTQAI+ community that is so important to our city."

The parade features colorful floats, decorated vehicles, musical talent, walking contingents and local government officials all in support of the LGBTQAI+ community.

The annual celebration commemorates the Stonewall Riots, which occurred June 27, 1969, in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of New York City. Chicago's Pride Parade takes place the same weekend in the summer, replacing what was once a fight for civil rights with dazzling displays of hope and perseverance.

What culture? There used to be a list of "things you can do" and "things you don't do". On the first list was marry, raise a family, acquire an education for the purpose of earning a living, earning a living, helping those in need, etc. On the second list, there was murder, rape, robbery, assault, perversion, etc. We now see GOVERNMENT ENTITIES supporting perversion. We now see government entities supporting robbery and assault by refusing to hold the perp in jail until bail is paid, or handing out ridiculously minor sentences, or not bothering to haul them in at all if it's under a certain dollar amount.

You can see the amoral perverted left erasing List #1 and replacing it with List #2 as "OK things to do". This parade is certainly right off List #2.

What is everyone whining about? Americans chose “diversity” as the national religion above all else. A religion that can not be questioned. Anyone who questions it is a heretic and will be destroyed. These are the fruits of the national religion that you chose when you removed God from the public square and the public schools and replaced it with worship of diversity. 1950s America wasn’t good enough. The trannies push in public schools tells us they have a warped view of how traditional families operate.

They seem to think they're liberating children - by "letting them know" there are 'alternatives' to mom-&-dad families.

Apparently, they believe that regular moms & dads parade around nude at home, demonstrate to their kids how to have sex, etc.

When I was little (up until at least 4th grade) I had no idea how I was created by my parents. I just thought of my mom & dad as my best friends and protectors.

My parents were careful and modest around me and siblings and preserved our innocence as youngsters.

That trannies publicly act to groom children about "sexual choices" in fact reveals they were likely raised in a highly disfunctional home.

Honestly, WHAT do these activists think goes on in the traditional family household?

Their aberrant behavior betrays their own personal "issues."

It's a cry for help; not a liberation movement.

I read article about Ellen Page talking about internal voices told her she was trans. Article said she sounds like someone who was sexually molested growing up, which she has admitted to. To me, she sounds like someone with multiple personalities, the result of severe child sex abuse beginning at young age. Internal voices are alternate personalities. She even uses pronoun they. One of her alternative personalities must be a boy, and so he suggested trans, so he could get rid of the body’s breasts.
