Its the visceral fat around the organs and in the organs example: fatty liver disease ..—that are the source of a lot of the chronic diseases...because the visceral fat throws off a lot of inflammatory cytokines.

FTR, I consider myself to be overweight, never had covid, never had the vaxx....infact, been sick with a head cold just once since Dec 2019.
