There are five missing on the OceanGate Titan sub:
OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush, British businessman Hamish Harding, father-and-son Shahzada and Suleman Dawood, who are members of one of Pakistan’s wealthiest families, and Paul-Henry Nargeolet, a former French navy officer and leading Titanic expert. Ashleigh Banfield interviews former USN submarine commander Capt. Don Walsh (ret.), who also participated as a technical advisor for James Cameron's 2012 solo dive in a large pod-shaped submersible, the DEEPSEA CHALLENGER, to the Titanic site.
Capt. Walsh tells Ashleigh Banfield about the communications procedures for submersible explorations, that have been a standard - communicating every 30 minutes. The TITAN crew would have, should have, communicated so, during the submersible's descent. Therefore, the support group aboard the surface ship, must know more than what has been related to the public.
Capt. Walsh mentioned that some of the communications tended to interrupt 'the pilot,' but are still a necessary standard of operations.

“on look and - Im out” is my guess also. And the “I dont want no 50 y.o. white guys ex Submariners” is another way to say, they all told you it was a death trap and wouldnt play on your boat so you insulted them.

I used to put together cockpit assemblies at Grumman Areospace for the Navy’s carrier jets. We’d get them back after six months at sea and the looked fifty years old on the inside. The air alone at sea is corrosive as hell.
