Well the article did say “He said he believes the attack - which took place in the neighborhood commonly referred to as San Diego’s ‘Gayborhood’ - was targeted and is warning others. “
If this is a “gayborhood” and no one else was attacked that day, then yes it’s either

B. cooking meth
C. jilted lover
