So the "blazing" headline and "horrific" details are not matched with ANY sense of who "a man in his 20s or 30s" is. Not height nor weight. No guessed racial identity. And no witnesses, it seems. But Facebook and ABC got the news.

AND "a police report has been filed." Had the police been on the scene, the "victim's" statement would not have to have been filed, and there would be a police report and emergency services report.

DM says Facebook and ABC. So -- at the minimum -- publicity. Messaging.
