The Western District of Oklahoma is aggressively seeking to keep firearms out of the wrong hands by pursuing those who lie in connection with gun purchases. Several recent cases charged in federal court highlight these efforts.

1. Seven isn’t several and two of the cases involve two people so it’s 5 cases
2. This is what the ATF is supposed to do, but often/most times they investigate drug organizations because there just isn’t that much illegal gun stuff.
3. While some of these 7 might be criminals, I’d be willing to bet that NONE of them were able to afford a legitimate lawyer and instead relied on a cheap one or public defender. Both of whom will have advised them to plead guilty to avoid a trial and enhanced sentence.
4. One thing that would be interesting would be to follow up on the work these ATF folks and the US Attorneys are doing in the western District of Oklahoma. See if the numbers of cases flies up or down.

Any requirement to ask permission to exercise a right recognized in the Constitution is invalid. So the whole document on which Hunter Biden lied is meaningless.
