First of all, When and how is comedy ever a first amendment problem?
Never, except when someone out there has a powerfully invested agenda to control a narrative.

Secondly, how would a joke do damage to “science”.
If a comedian had a punch line about the taxonometric classification of the penicillium genera, no one would be complaining about how it affects “science”
