Not in Willowbrook, apparently. Or in Englewood, or Pullman, or Garfield Park, or any other black majority inner city neighborhood you can name.

No. I dream of a country where people of all races, creeds, and colors raise their kids to be civilized human beings who don’t gather by the hundreds on city streets at 1 am and shoot each other on a weekly basis.
Too bad we don’t live in that country.
