Tucker Carlson had 3.0 million to 3.5 million viewers every night.
Plus, Carlson had a spill over impact on the ratings for Hannity and Laura Ingraham.
The substitute hosts for Tucker are consistently around 1.5 million, plus the loss of the Tucker spill over.

The old trope was there were NO viewers of MSNBC. Clearly there are and have been. But, yes, Fox viewing is down, especially during Tucker’s spot. And while Newsmax and OAN have shown some audience growth, they haven’t attracted all of Fox’s loss.
