Who is "Yuri Podolyaka"?
There is is his telegram channel https://t.me/yurasumy/9332, his Twitter page, partial YouTube archive in English, and that he was one of the Russian war correspondents who met with Putin on June 13. There is some some wiki styled information about him.
Given his meeting with Putin and other war reporters, he is one of the top (supposedly) independent Russian bloggers. He is a propagandist putting his own spin over state approved narratives. While posing as representing Ukrainian interests, he serves as controlled opposition in the Russian media for domestic consumption.
