That has nothing to do with medicine. People need to wake up. This is within the standards from the American Psychiatry Association. It is being encouraged, excuse me, affirmed by quacks everywhere. It’s not science. It’s not medicine. It is pure evil and needs to be treated by spiritual means.
I hope she sues her abusers into oblivion.
I don’t know how they lose the lawsuit unless they didn’t get signatures and written transcripts from the patient herself. I can’t imagine the hospital didn’t go by the book on this from a legal standpoint. Morally that’s a different story.
If a doctor prescribed diet pills to an anorexic, the doctor would lose their license and be thrown in prison. Yet, a doctor is allowed to surgically mutilate someone with Gender Dysphoria. In this case, the doctor mutilated a child.
In California the cause of action would be battery. The statute of limitations is one year after the 18thbirthday. I do think we’ll see an influx of these that will strongly damage this butchery industry. We’re already seeing short term reversals for this madness. God willing we’ll defeat these soulless bastards and we’ll let Him worry about the affixing of millstones around their necks
Oh, that “head on a pike” stuff is a dreadful sight, and stinks pretty bad after a few days. Just roll them out on a hot Walmart parking lot and then hose them away.
If we’re going to sue the crap out of the hospitals and doctors, we also need to sue the crap out of all of the public schools pimpin’ this Dung Beetle Party tranny crap to the young skulls full of mush.
She was thirteen and every adult in her life was encouraging this.
Parents are supposed to stop their children from making irreversible decisions that will impact the rest of their lives.
Soon it will be a crime in California for parents to stand in the way of this stuff.
At the very least these "surgeons" should have their hands amputated.
I swear to God, if someone did this to my daughter, that's exactly what would happen.
Exactly what was done. How could it be argued that someone who cares for a confused child would prescribe this kind of "treatment"?
Jane, now 18, was influenced by people online when she was just 11 and told her parents that she was a boy, prompting them to ask for guidance from doctors.
Exactly. It is learned behavior / learned confusion. Not something people come up with on their own. That is why it is regional and generational and virtually didn't exist prior to the last few years.
if enough win
the insurers will quit covering doctors who do this
You should. The future of society and civilization is at stake. Not to mention you should feel sorry for this girl.
Teens are stupid ...
Making the point of why this was outrageous / unacceptable.
you make YOUR OWN DECISIONS ... she decided. End of story.
She was someone going through confusion / mental illness and was taken advantage of for profit. And that's not the end of the story - they should all be sued out of existence for this abuse.
Observe that FGM as a topic has been dropped from the world media's headlines and even back pages. In favor of slice-and-dice for profit.
I wish these attorneys and class action attorneys now hovering the best of success in making those, who made other people pay, pay. Big time.
Next five years, massive class action lawsuits.
“If you or anyone you know, was forced, persuaded or intimidated into changing your gender before the age of eighteen please call: 1-800-DIC-LESS or 1-800-TIT-LESS for a free consultation”.
All bets are off if this goes in front of a jury.
Female? Are you a biologist?
None of this really matters.
The defendants in this lawsuit will file a third-party claim against the parents to spread the liability to other parties who should absolutely be sharing it.
"You're telling me that this surgery was unnecessary and caused permanent harm to you? Well, great ... that means the person or persons who signed the consent form on your behalf are the ones who really should be sued here."
This is what will stop the mutilation of children.
If I’m on that jury, I award the highest damages ever awarded against a hospital/medical company. Mutilating a 13 year old is unforgivable.
