I think this is a hair splitting thing.

I do not think there is jail time for child support.

However failure to show up to a legal hearing, there could be.

Regardless, this jerk could be technically guilty of high treason, murder, espionage, and accepting bribes and still never see the inside of a jail cell.

This guy is one of the lowest forms of human trash. Heavily into drugs, whoring around, taking bribes and who knows what else. And he is protected by the President. Just one more example of how we’ve become a banana republic.
