Twenty Republicans voted with Democrats to kill motion to censure Adam Schiff.
It isn’t hard to figure out how the whole process could be easily taken over. Run as a candidate of the opposing party. Just because they say they are a Republican doesn’t mean they really are at heart.
You’d think Luna or staffers would have consulted with an attorney about the 27th and 8th Amendment before imposing the fine. I wonder why they didn’t?

What I heard on War Room a few minutes ago, the fine is just a suggestion to pass on to the Ethics Committee. The Ethics Committee could raise it, lower it, or throw it out.

They are PATHETIC! At 10 a.m. I called my Congress Critter’s office in Knoxville asking how he planned to vote. They didn’t know what I was talking about. That guy suggested that I call the Rep’s DC office, so I did. Again — clueless. “I haven’t had time to ask him so I don’t know.”
This was THREE-AND-ONE-HALF HOURS before the vote. His people had NO IDEA what I was talking about.

I think Barnes knows what he is talking about. But why don’t the dimoRats ever consider the authority of the Constitution? They use law fare to brutally club anyone who disagrees with them, regardless of legality,
