Diglycerides and triglycerides can be in food, and triglycerides are the common factor in cholesterol tests that are largely from excess carbs being converted to an in-between state before being deposited as fat.

You can bring down triglycerides pretty fast if you go to a lower carb diet or if you greatly increase your exercise throughout the day.

Came across an old article (2014) a day or two ago which says the birth control pill raises a woman’s risk of glaucoma because it negatively effects an enzyme which travels from her stomach to her eyes for protection.

I have a younger sister that she says she has glaucoma. She refuses to have it treated as she is a crazy person who does not trust doctors, won’t even get real cold medicine so she suffers for a few weeks.

Our father and uncle both had glaucoma and after an operation could see very well. The uncle said he wished he had it done sooner. Their mother had glaucoma decades earlier so it runs in the family. My eyesight is still pretty good after lasik in 2007. No glaucoma for me.
