Numbers never lie, but liars use numbers. The bill passed both houses with Veto Proof majorities. The votes were overwhelming as the Senate passed the bill with a 92-6 vote and the House of Representatives passed it by a vote of 359-53. It would have been a waste of political capital to do anything else. It was the RINOs and Establishment that did it, not Trump. Republicans killed themselves.
