I’m not familiar with thinking of a federalized MIL Tribunal Court, but rather separate, as in the context of the Law of War, and the offshore version at Guantonomo Bay, avoiding the current civil courts plundering & blundering of law and order.

The MIL Tribunal... “Hear the case at 9 and sentencing to Death or Prison by 4”, so-to-speak. 😉

I entered search this way: “RICO application in a military Tribunal Court”. Not one connection presented itself. 🤔

But they remain federal courts. Main advantage is rules of evidence. Check that Regular Fed court and UCMJ proceeding vs mil tribunals. RICO shmiko, when these dopes go there are plenty of capital cases with full asset forfieture.
