I believe you correctly defined “Sociopath”.
What is actually being described is called “reprobation”; it is spiritual psychopathy/ sociopathy and the clinical description is found in Rom. 1:18-32 and II Tim.3:1-5.
The only way to protect our children and ourselves is to avoid those who manifest this pathology.
