/Intermittent fasting would be when you regularly go 16 to 18 hours without food, so if you didn’t eat after 6:00 p.m. You would not eat again until 12:00 p.m. the next day. And then only have two meals during that 6-hour time period. That is what I do along with low carb to keep my blood sugar levels down, and it works great./
This is healthy as long as you drink a good amount of water, or something like green tea, unsweetened, low caffeine.

Yep you got to keep hydrated. I drink a steady flow of flavored seltzer water. No calories no carbs and taste pretty good.
