The 2010 TV series, Camelot, featured a few black knights, mosty in nonspeaking roles.

It also featured a kick-ass Guinevere.

When the castle was about to be attacked, Arthur ordered the women to a safe space. Guinevere balked, telling Arthur "No way. This is our fight too, and we women will be up there fighting alongside the men."

Arthur sheepishly relented. And the women of the castle grabbed some swords and raced up to the ramparts.

I imagine the swords were pretty heavy in those days, but these noblewomen had no trouble wielding them, swinging them to and fro as they fought with gusto.
