“only “hundreds” were marked classified.”
As Sundance at The Conservative Treehouse points out, the term MARKED CLASSIFIED is in the indictment purely for propaganda purposes. Most of the docs referenced had been DECLASSIFIED, but still bear the obsolete Classification markings on them, since they don’t magically evaporate upon declassification. And classification markings, in force or obsolete, are irrelevant to the actual charges and included to create prejudice. DoJ is hanging its hat on the nebulous standard of “injurious to the nation’s defense” or “to a foreign nation’s advantage” — the DoJ will insist its judgement on what is and is not injurious to the national defense, etc. is ABSOLUTE.
Your point about whether the document Trump mentions on tape was returned to the gov pre-raid is very interesting. Let’s hope it was.
yeah i got that about classification not being issue now - but the pix of boxes here and there and everywhere does give impression of thousands upon thousands of classified dox removed, declassified or not.not a few hundred. in other words, pix are designed to misrepresent. as for doc mentioned on tape, since so much tends to be misrepresented for effect and to create a misimpression, i’ll await context from defense.
And the thing is, that is the domain of the State and Defense Departments, maybe even Homeland Security, but not DoJ.

As if any "Iran Invasion Plan" designed by Mark Milley - who also authored the "Kabul Withdrawl Plan" - would be worth any more than the paper it was written on.
