Yes, state and local jurisdictions can't indict for violations of federal law. But usually there is some copycat state legislation that is enacted to accomplish the same thing.

Here again, we are failing because the problem is NOT that there are no laws. It is that there is no enforcement.

Well observed. As with all the crime in inner-cities being met with "no enforcement," and this world-threatening set of crimes, we see again and again the Left is willing to tamper with human nature and nature herself for their interests -- control and money for the elite.
