If you want it unforgettable, instead of whipped cream, use whipped Mock Devonshire cream. They’ll take pictures of it before eating.

Mock Devonshire Cream

3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and salt; stir until well blended. Stir in whipping cream. With an electric mixer, beat mixture until stiff. Store in refrigerator.

It’s a topping for irregular desserts, like chocolate cheese, sour cherry cobbler, and citrus tarts.
