A report is either accurate, or not accurate (inaccurate).
These press people can lie with the best of them (i.e., lawyers).
To call a report “completely inaccurate” is to gild the lily.
Sounds as if there’s a small, unimpirtant detail somewhere about something that might have been wrong.
But, the main point, that Foxx was maimed via vexxationation, is probably true.
